This show has been telecast worldwide at a number of channels in the United States, Canada, U.K. and Europe.

On Masala TV, Asia’s only food television network, she hosted 30 minute meals with Shai, a recorded 26 episode show inspired by Rachael Ray’s show, which has taught Pakistani viewers a variety of international dishes that could be made only in 30 minutes. The dishes featured on this show were primarily from Chef Shai’s classic culinary school recipes.

On the same channel, Chef Shai produced and hosted Tapas with Shai, a series of 13 episodes of easy to make, everyday snacks inspired by Spanish tapa bars which are very popular around the world. The show was an instant hit and loved by everyone from home makers to celebrities. Kids and senior citizens were particularly in love of the show.
